Blue tint on most of the pictures when scanned to computer
2 of 3 found this helpful Not too pleased with the product. Took a couple of hours to install it. Not bad scanning process but most of my slides came out with a blue tint to them although some came out with natural colors as was on my slides. Googled why blue tint and was told how to correct this blue tint problem. When looked up the product, the blog was full of people who had the blue tint problem and were going to take it back to where they got it - mainly at Kohl's. So working with my computer guy to see if he can fix the problem. If not will have to come up with another solution/product as to have then done at a processing place would cost me a bundle of money.
