I’m in a dilemma because I got a pair of shoes in good condition as described BUT I paid over the odds for postage which leaves me feeling ripped off, if the extra money had been used for good quality protective packaging all well and good. However it appears the shoes were sent in a single layer of polylope, in which there was a tear. No refund yet!!!
