Item is great, but their communucation is really bad. I sent them a message a few minutes after purchasing, instructing them on how to deliver it, and I got a message back saying they were sorry the item had not reached me yet. A bit back and fourth even though they had not even sent the item yet, and they still did not understand that I was just instructing them how to register the tax code digitally. Very wierd, and probably a bot answering messages.
