  Item arrived with only one holed drilled in it - making it unusable and therefore useless to me. Buyer continually went back and forth offering partial refunds and then offering to reship replacement then went back to offering a partial discount. A partial refund was not acceptable for something that can't be used. Buyer eventually gave a 100% refund but not without MUCH aggravation on my part.

  Although there was a small problem with the delivery, this is why i have gave only 3*** Contact with the Firm i will give 5***** and i must also say the comunication for the second delivery date i will also give 5*****. I am not to sure where the small problem was and the long delivery date? But in the end who cares, the most important part of any service is comunication, that was of course out standing. am willing to purchase further items from this firm. Thanks for your service.
