Purchased July 10th. -package never even received at initial hub.Jul 17, 20234:41pm"Package not received by Hub or First Mile Carrier, yet"Poor communication and poor customer service. I have sold items on Ebay before. It appears that it was shipped but not taken to the Post Office for delivery for some reason. -was not able to track package through tracking#. Quite dissatisfied with service. -trying to be gracious by not giving this seller a negative review.

You were kept fully abreast of the situation and refunded immediately and advised that should the hat turn up that you could keep it with my compliments.
