It would’ve been for a client of mine but unfortunately due to not so good couriers delivering the item they just could not get it over the line. They did not do the job they paid to do deliver parcels. Instead they returned the item to the sender . Dear sender thank you for the refund on item Undelivered hopefully your couriers do a lot better than ours

Upon asking why, I got a message saying “wrong address” after checking all the shipping details, my address was indeed correct and nothing was wrong. I asked to re ship it. They informed they would only do it if I paid for shipping again! I don’t believe this is my fault as my details are correct. Your product, your duty of care to get it to the intended address.
