Works partially
It helps me go to sleep but i always wake after 2-3 hrs, i usually take another to get me to morning, so it works yes and no, certainly better than no sleep

It’s really lovely, looks great, but was time consuming and a pain to put together, my husband and is handy so it was ok, someone not handy may struggle
