This book is excellent and I would recommend to anyone!
This book was recently bought for a Al-anon group to put in their library. The book is designed to help family and friends of alcoholics. It is how ever a self help book but has a lot of information on the affects of the disease alcoholism. The book was written by the author of Alcoholics Anonymous, Bill Wilson's wife Lois. How Al-anon Works has many suggestions on how to overcome the affects of alcoholism. Many men and women have been affected to the brink of insanity. With the help from this book and its suggestions you can overcome these affects. I would reccomend this book to anyone that has been affected by this mind boggling disease.
