    Shipped fast, packaged well, GREAT value. However, where's the quilted liner? You even stated there's a tear in the liner and claimed there was a close up pic of it (there's not) but there's no liner in the box. Unless you meant the torn LABEL under the collar? That's not a liner dude.

    Item as described. Looks good. Starts up. Cable, case and unit as expected. GPS unit needs a little tweaking to update and get fully functional but this was understood when I made the purchase. So far I'm happy, shipping was quick, packaging was excellent. Am I saving money....haha....hard to tell but this was a purchase I knew was going to need some follow up and as far as this sale, everything was straight forward and arrived as expected and described. Good straight forward purchase!
