This is NOT Fox Valley Birkenstock. It is a person pretending to be an authorized retailer in order to sell you counterfeit Birks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I had an issue with my order and called the retail location in Green Bay and they had no knowledge of this seller or the fact that there is an eBay store using their name.
