The listing was for 5 pieces, so I bought it. When it finally arrived, late due to shipping problems, there was only 1 ball. On contacting the seller, I asked for the remaining 4 balls. Then the seller told me they would refund me £4.00 for those balls. I waited a while as no refund was sent, then i contacted eBay, and they sent me a full refund and I learnt that the salesperson had made a mistake as it was supposed to have been only 1 ball. It was a genuine mistake so its all good.

Arrived today box dented n the lamp inside was in pieces. both side handles were snapped at the base. tried putting together, but failed...Willing to return if an address was provided/or invoice. none available?? Cannot send a photo as I dont have the means to do so..and I am too old to learn. I have messaged the seller...but, has not replied yet. This lamp is very flimsy and the packaging could have been better.
