No protection in the box during shipment. Laptop charging cable was frayed and sparked like crazy upon plugging into the wall. Reached out to the seller, they had no desire to help me and wouldn't offer a replacement or partial refund, simply because they already gave a "discount" by accepting my best offer. I gave multiple opportunities for the seller to make the situation right. I guess I'm forced to order a charger to keep the laptop. In my 20 years of ebaying, this has never happened.

Realized early on there is was no pleasing this buyer and he want's it for FREE. Laptop was protected in the padded case as well as a padded box. I discounted the Laptop 60% and paid the majority shipping cost. Buyer messaged me and said he wanted to purchase and new power cord and wants compensated for it, when I told him I felt I've given enough already he then threatened if I didn't compensate him he would leave me a negative feedback review on Ebay. Sellers and Buyers beware of this one.
