  WOW! The Post Office damaged the item I purchased, ruining it; they put it in a plastic bag with a "WE'RE SORRY" explanation label on it. I sent a photo of the package to the seller, hoping they could get a refund from the Post Office. They refunded my payment immediately, AND...unbelievably they sent me a lovely gift as a consolation for not getting what I had ordered, with a thoughtful handwritten note! What a wonderful surprise!
