Decent weights for a decent price
6 of 6 found this helpful So I didn’t expect much when buying these weights and received what I expected. Not great weights but for a pretty good price.
I didn’t have problems with oil/grease like what a lot of the negative reviews say but that was just me, however after about two weeks of ownership and semi-regular use the screw on caps that hold the plates on the bar are coming use meaning I have to tighten them between sets, could probably diy fix this however it is not too much of a problem currently.
As expected with weightlifting, the weights are not too kind to your hands. I have been weightlifting for a number of years and even these weights have given me a few more callouses, this could be easily resolved through wearing gloves but I thought I’d include it anyway.
Overall the weights arrived in good condition, each part was a bit more robust than I expected except for the screw cap thingies.
