  I purchased a book listed as “like new” that had the online access code already scratched off but seller did not mention that in the item’s description. I have purchased over 20 books on eBay for college courses and have never had this issue before. I reached out to seller for a compromise on the situation but they only offered to have me return the book at my cost and wouldn’t even refund the purchase cost. Sadly they became insulting about communication so hopefully ebay can intervene & help
