  Have messaged them about my item being delivered to the wrong place or lost and they have not bothered checking. Very disappointed considering order was placed around the 20th of December and only just getting notified that it has been delivered on the 11th but I haven’t got it. All I want is my money back

  the customer received the item and tried to put in a fraudulent claim customer also expected delivery on Christmas day even though the item takes 10 business days to manufacture never sent evidence of this claim
