Buyer did not reach out to me about the discrepancy before leaving negative feedback. A refund or a partial refund could have been issued for the mistake. After reviewing the buyers "feedback left for others" it stood out that this buyer has left negative feedback against 8 different sellers in the last month. A mistake was made on my part but I can't recommend any future business with (educationfoundation).
