Unethical business practices & poor customer service. I messaged the seller regarding 2 auctions I won asking if she could combine shipping on 2/19. I didn't hear back until 2/26 & said she would combine shipping, but never actually combined shipping through ebay. What she did was combine 6 of the items under one tracking number & then told me she forgot 1 item. She didn't forget, she shipped it under the first tracking number. I paid $16 should have been $10 on 1.8 lbs of children's clothes.

I combined shipping for this buyer ( Mailed all items together from both auctions.) My total shipping cost was $14 and would have been higher had I not left one item behind by mistake. I mailed this to her and she has received it. Not sure how this buyer thinks I could have shipped this for $10 priority mail and knows my intentions ( I truly forgot one item behind.) She was charged $16 shipping which is spot on to actual charge to me, if not less.
