    Product as described, well packed. But delivery time was slow & exceeded the estimate given. However, it is close to Christmas so I understand the delay. It would be better to have given a more realistic time frame for delivery, that way I would not have been expecting it to arrive.

    Exactly what I was after. There was slight damage to the box one end, but there was nothing much more that could be done to protect it. It was bubble wrapped and in a box, I dare say it happened during travel. The 2 extra days of delay was also a post issue, not the sender. They were prompt in getting it posted in the first place.
