I dig it.
It's a pretty sweet plug kit. The only difference is the the finish is a matte finish instead of a glossy kind of finish-- which is alright. It makes you really look at the engine case. The holes to secure and tie them are perfect for the track and such. Installation was a breeze, you may need to get more tools to install them if you don't have the hex selection of the size that it needs. Overall, great stuff.

Not a bad little dock!
It's pretty simple and easy to use. Mostly plug and play. Some units with Audio may malfunction and need the audio module to be reseated for proper functionality.
We came from Lenovo docks. The HP ones have a smaller footprint and integrated audio makes things a bit cleaner on the desk. The one drawback I can see is that the power button only works on HP machines (which makes sense, I bet the Lenovo power button only works on Lenovo machines), so with our Lenovo machines, there's a bit of inconvenience to some users.
Overall it's been good. The integrated Thunderbolt 3 cable makes it easy for our end users to figure out where it's supposed to go.

Better be painted with some extremely rare earth metal
That’s a lot of money for a piece of plastic that doesn’t do anything.
