  You purchased this item when I was out of state with an unplanned family medical priority on short notice. I immediately contacted you after your purchase to inform you of a delay and explained it clearly to you in our text correspondence, I also gave you the option of refunding your money if you didn't want to wait a week to get your item. You told me you would wait but after a few days, changed your mind and wanted a refund instead. I immediately complied and refunded you your money. Why this?
