  This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The Keyboard I received was different from what was advertised. It was a Starfavor Sex88A a very cheap Chinese-made piece of garbage and not an Artesia A-61. I will not return it because I am in Trinidad, and doing so will not be cost-effective. To add insult to injury, it refused to work. Do not purchase anything from this seller. This keyboard is going straight to the dump.

  I am sorry that this item was not to your expectations. I am just a private seller clearing out his garage after buying lots from auction. This item slipped my notice in terms of checking it out first. Keep the piano or trash it, it is up to you. I have issued a full refund to you through eBay. The fact that you chose not to deal with me first instead of sending a bad review speaks a lot about you. Please don't buy stuff again from eBay.   I rated my experience Neutral because the player is as described and works wonderfully, so this was positive. The negative part was that I contacted the seller as there hasn't been an update in a while and the delivery date kept being pushed, so I wanted to check if there was any info the seller would provide and the response I got came out too aggressive and felt the seller was annoyed for being asked a normal customer question. So this was very Negative. Thus, it was a Neutral experience.
