Excellent Baseball DVD for Little Leaguers
Easy to watch, goes back to basics, well paced. My son who at times thinks he already knows everything did learn a thing or 2!...and so did I

Coaching Youth Baseball the Ripken Way by Bill Ripken,
This Book and the Authors really put the game of Baseball and teaching Children via the reader in the best possible frame of mind to enjoy this marvelous game. Although I am not a Coach nor do I plan to be one(I admit I dont have enough patience nor skills background), but has helped me to better assistant THE COACHES in game and practice sessions. I have also asked my 11 year old son to read the book so he understands what & why his Coaches behave the way they do re training structure and game lineups etc ...assuming they are following the basic principles and when they are not , he has enough constructive learnings/background to appropriately question anything vastly different and more importantly at the right time to do so etc .
