Had a bit of a problem when I received the projector in that the remote control wasn't in the package thus I couldn't use the projector. flash__fix did an excellent job of getting it to me in a short time. I called them as soon as I opened the package and they responded before I even had a chance to sign off ebay, then rectified the problem quickly. The projector is great and works wonderfully for my art needs.

Being a novice with tech anything, I was seeking a method for transferring images to canvas and discovered this item. I was uncertain about an item being "refurbished" and accepted definition. Upon receipt of item, was surprised that packaging, item and accessories were in tip-top shape. Then I had to learn how to use it myself, which only took an hour or so and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm on my way to enjoy using this mini projector. Thank flash-fix!
