Panasonic has the best bd-r discs you can find
I have used Panasonic bd-r discs for backup for quite some time now (also the 50gb dual layer discs) and there's nothing that gets close to quality of Panasonic's bd-r. I have burnt at least 100 discs now of these and I haven't had even one bad burn. In addition I read that they had conducted some longevity tests of these discs in France, and Panasonic was in a class of their own, truly living up to that "archival grade" slogan. I strongly recommend Panasonic's bd-r discs!

Completely average ecchi anime. Spend the money on something else.

There is a nice focus on boobs in various situations which will make you laugh now and then (like when Minatio tells Musubi to be more careful with her modesty..) However the lead characters are slightly dull overall and each episode can feel a bit slow at times. In addition I get a strong feel that this was not natively created in HD, but has rather been upscaled.
When it comes to both story, characters and blu-ray video quality, you're much better off with Cat Planet Cuties (Asobi ni Iku yo) or B Gata H Kei. Both those two series are amazingly fun.

A different, but excellent, idol video.
The reason that made me want this was because of Fumika. In my opinion she's one of the cutest japanese models ever, so that was basically the reason why I bought this in the first place, and the fact that it had english subtitles.
However, when watching this I got positively surprised, not only from Fumika's beauty (as always) but also from the fact that this video does not follow the usual idol video pattern. Usually it's like this: the girl presents herself shortly, then dress off to bikini and runs around on various beaches for 30 min. But that's not the case with J-Idols Fumika. The video is made like a story, where you first see Fumika wake up in the morning (falling out of the bed lol). In the beginning she does usual stuff like brushing her teeth and washing her clothes. There's even some depth when she talks about the various expressions a human face can give. The red line in the story is that she want to find a different view of her face and compare the living in the city with the on a island.
But of course there is some "beach action" here too, done in a very stylistic way. Especially in the end of the movie she looks so beatiful you will gasp for air... This is probably the best idol video with Fumika I have seen (I have bought some directly from Japan too) so I'm very glad that Tokyopop released this one with english subtitles. The stylistic production, deeper than usual story with some funny parts and Fumika looking better than ever make this a really good video. I really recommend this one, especially if you like Fumika.
