The item arrived with obvious damage to the box from the shipping process and the lamp was broken inside. It was packed well so the problem was the shipper. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. Even though it was a Sunday, I received a reply that they would refund the total cost and I would not need to send it back. The full refund was promptly initiated.
