  I received the second parcel today (Monday) so I have 2 of 2 parcels. ie received first parcel on Saturday and was concerned the second parcel had been lost

  Very sorry for the confusion in shipping. Yes the embroidery arm was shipped in a separate box and while both the machine and arm were shipped at the same time I presume the shipper did not do a great job keeping them together!
