Great Plot
Great plot with enough twists to make it interesting. British characters a bit stereotypical though.

Powerful & Effective
The tool seems powerful and effective. While I have only used the strimmer function so far that has proved well up to the job and there is no reason to believe the other tools will be any less capable. After sales service is also good. Stripped a thread while assembling the thing . Draper customer support were first class and supplied replacement parts very quickly. Overall very pleased so far.

OK but no improvement n previous versions
This is the third Tassimo I have purchased and while all provide good quality hot drinks each is a little worse than the last. In this case the water reservior is quite small necesstating frequent refills and the method for increasing the volume of a drink is, in practice, more difficult to use than on previous versions. That said the design is attractive and it works well overall. Customer service is also good.
