Works wonders
Shipping was faster than expected for me personally which I loved, took a rowdy puppy in as a rescue and although this has a shock option, vibrate on 20 is enough to get her to stop jumping up on people or chewing on the couch or playing too rough with my toddler. Don't have to yell or abuse, just press the button and she stops and looks at me for direction and she's told what not to do and she does those things less and less and less. It's a wonderful training tool.

Batteries
It was in very used condition as the description described, just needed a good cleaning, and at first I thought it was broken but I went out to buy new batteries and now it's clean and works and my toddler loves it.

Doesn't work
Bought 4 books, there was a deal buy 3, get one free, the other 3 I bought were wonderful, one needed new batteries and now it works, but this one has brand new batteries and still doesn't work. But 3 out of 4 books are good though, good odds!
