Great story's - to inspire.
I am 71 years old and I have started a running program. I bought this book to read about other people doing the same.
Many of the individual story's (but not all) deal with people who are in there 40's. At my age, from where I am coming from, 40 does not register as OVER THE HILL..... LOL. .But, I did enjoy the book.
I found another book called "SOUL SISTERS" which I liked even more. The inspirational story's are wonderful and I would highly recommend that you get a copy of that one.

Read it and it will impact you.
Very well written and very disturbing. A must read to realize what foster children go through. A first hand experience written by a child having gone through the system. Not from other's perspective but from a young girl's herself.

GREAT CASE FOR THE MONEY
Bought one of these for my new rifle. You can't beat it for the money. would not hesitate to by another one if needed. Note: the case comes with eggshell foam to sandwich the gun between. The foam is NOT glued to the top and bottom of the case. So, I had some 3M77 spray adhesive (you can buy it at Home Depot or most Craft Hobby stores) and I sprayed inside the top and bottom of the case, then reinstalled the eggshell foam. Now the case is perfect.
