Sound
I like the product but the sound breaks up as I'm listening to music while walking. My Jabra Classic did not have the same problem.

Doesn't hold a charge well
Have never charged phone when not using it or with charge amount above 12%, yet battery does not hold a charge for long, maybe 3.5 hours. Very disappointing.

This product protects my Galaxy S8 from water, temperature extremes, rough fabrics,... I'm told it will protect from drops but I haven't dropped it yet.
