I love gentle and really effective
If used carefully, sensibly & only when needed I highly recommend this Kava to anyone with anxiety or insomnia..I can't imagine being without it. It is expensive but worth it.. It works!

Brilliant, get 2 before they are phased out!
This is my 4th ipod nano. Im addicted to it for use with headphones on journeys, holidays and every day so can listen to music wherever I am and it helps me get to sleep at night with noise-cancelling headphones too! I also use a bluetooth speaker to play music at the tai chi classes I teach and all the students ask me about my ipod nano, amazed by it! DOWNSIDE - so small, so light, so easy lose! I bought this to replace one I thought I'd lost, then a day later found the one Id lost and now Ive already lost this new one so I'm back to only one! Get 2, so you have a replacement handy before they go off the market.
