Didn't help as much as I hoped

Bought these after reading rave reviews. I have been suffering from laryngitis but they were unable to restore my normal singing voice under such adverse conditions.

The pulse oximeter gives a very quick reading. I can't tell if it's really accurate, but it's accurate enough for my purposes. It's easy, painless, and speedy to administer.
