Love the oldies
2 of 2 found this helpful I used to do this workout everyday and had it on VHS. I had gotten out of the habit of exercising and my doctor suggested I gradually get back in shape. It's fun to see those familiar faces and routines, and chuckle a little at the hair and outfits. I am 69 and enjoy doing the weight lifting and the aerobics on this DVD.
