I purchased this book for my mother. I have a copy myself and have enjoyed it so much. There have been times when I have heard a bird around my house or out camping and have wondered what it is. This book has helped me ID it. My children also enjoy it. It has provided much entertainment over the about two years I have had it. It is easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this book is that to use the index you must know the exact name of the birds. For example you must look up "Northern Cardinal" rather than cardinal. The bird songs book was exactly what I wanted. It came in a reasonable time.

The Preacher's Daughter by Beverly Lewis
I decided to buy it because of how much I've enjoyed other Amish books by Beverly Lewis. I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to read the next book in the series "The Englisher". She leaves you hanging.
