The item wasn't clean. Postage was overestimated during the negotiation by seller. Item has a slight crack which wasn't mentioned. Overall it arrived intact, in a timely manner and was well packed. Reasonable seller.

Reviewing of the photographs shows no damage to the item - you are welcome to submit a photo for us to review as we are always happy to try and help our customers if they are unhappy. The inside of the vase is for the new owner to clean if they wish to so no damage is done to the vase. The postage that was paid was the exact postage amount that we paid to send the item, this is based on volume and not weight.
