The item ordered was not as described and was completely unsatisfactory. After reaching out to eBay, the seller responded quickly. They immediately gave me a refund for the total amount paid including shipping and said they would contact their supplier based on my complaint regarding the product. The product description is not accurate and the product itself deserves negative stars but the seller’s response was greatly appreciated.

Item came well packaged, but did not get hot when plugged in. Seller was contacted and notes from seller advised shipping label generated for return, but seller never sent return label, instead their remedy was to offer me a 30% refund to keep a broken item. I refused the offer and then seller sent a response they would contact supplier for me and they still have not proceeded return. This seller does honor their 30 day return policy.
