    None of these accusations are correct. The item was brand new--I had the purchase invoice for it. After I bought it I did remove it from the original box to make sure it was not damaged in any way. The buyer's claim that there was "earwax" on one of the earbuds is unfounded--as his own photo shows. Regarding the refund he asked for, I immediately offered him a refund. I was completely polite to him and he had no difficulty dealing with me.

Review of Magellan 2200T GPS
The Magellan 2200T GPS unit is the best unit I've seen. I have a Volvo with an $1,800 built-in GPS system which doesn't hold a candle to this little Magellan, either in accuracy or in graphics. It is absolutely great. I don't care that it doesn't have some of the useless bells and whistles that many more expensive units have; all I need it for is guidance, and it does that superbly. The only criticism I have is that when you have it hooked into your car, it automatically turns on whenever you turn on the ignition, but it doesn't turn off when you turn off the ignition. This means that in order to preserve the batery charge, you need to remember to turn it off manually.

Lumix DMC ZS60 Review
The ZS60 is an awesome camera. It is suitable for the user who wants just point and shoot, and for a user like me who wants more control over exposure and focus conditions. While the camera itself is fantastic and produces excellent image quality in both still and movie modes, the instruction manual is one of the poorest I've ever encountered. It is virtually impossible to follow instructions on how to do something with this camera. Luckily, Panasonic customer support is very good. They pick up quickly and the support people are generally very good. I've called them endless times when the instructions in the manual were unintelligible, and they patiently led me through the procedures. One of the most impressive features of this camera is its ability to zoom and do macro photography. It provides optical zoom up to 600 mm and then a digital zoom increase up to about 720 mm. With 18 Pixels to play with you don't lose much quality! The macro setting lets you take stills or videos as close as 5 cm from your subject. Amazing!
