This seller sent me an illegal counterfeit/pirated copy of the DVD set advertised. When I (politely) messaged them about the issue, they immediately stopped responding to me. This is when I knew they were selling illegal goods intentionally - If it was an honest mistake they would have worked with me to resolve the problem, but they didn't. Ebay got involved, and after investigating, were happy to refund me themselves. Ebay encouraged me to leave this feedback and are taking the matter further.

FACTS: 1. I do not sell Fake DVDs, this is nonsense. 2. The buyer requested the return almost 6 weeks after the date the tracking showed he had received it, so has clearly watched the entire boxset. 3. I have blocked this buyer and officially reported him to ebay for abuse of the returns policy, and now he is obviously not being truthful about being refunded by ebay as the case is still open…
