MASTERS OF DEATH makes you understand why WWII had to be fought and won!
This book is about the SS einsatzgruppen,the Nazi death squads that followed the Wehrmacht to deal with "the Jewish problem",first in eastern Europe and Russia and then in western Europe.They also were responsible for killing millions of Slavs to make room for German settlers after the war-lebensraum.The book covers the wholesale slaughter of children,the massacre at Babi Yar,and many other mass killings not widely known of before.This is the first book I've read that explains(NOT excuses) the collective,vicious insanity in Germany that led to the Holocaust. This is a harrowing,sickening chronicle and it will stick in your mind like no other you've read.It is obvious in reading why the death count for WWII is 60 MILLION and rising.Many graphic,pitiful photos-not for kids.Extremely well written.AN IMPORTANT BOOK.

many classic drinks in this book
This book is stylish but thorough.It starts with Tiki history from the beginning,and has an extensive get-started section that goes into detail about different rums.There are sources for everything unusual you need to make the drinks-there was only one thing I couldn't find.The drink list ranges from classics like Mai Tai and Suffering Bastard(a good one) to new concoctions like Hawaii 5-0.My favorites are KON TIKI,MAHUKONA and GREAT WHITE.Next comes a yummy food section for all kinds of irresistible appetizers.Anything the 10 SPEED PRESS publishes is worth having-lush illustrations and cool format,and the 2 authors are very much into TIKI.I bought this to replace my old copy which was worn out from much use! I think it's as good as any other Tiki drink book out there and I have several.Highly recommended!!!
