Improved control and grip

These were recommended by Ben Eller on YouTube. The texture prevents slipping, and I was pleasantly surprised that they improved my pick control. I can feel where the tip of the pick is better than other picks I’ve tried!

Poor sound EQ, excessive bass, faulty in weeks, exasperatingly incompetent Samsung support

Poor audio quality, and no auto-EQ calibration. *Results will vary drastically, depending on your wall distance and texture. In my lounge with optimal flat smooth painted walls, bass is extremely overpowering even at minimum level, deep male voices are weak and sound like inside a cardboard box. Hidden manual EQ band adjustment setting improved sound after hours of research and fiddling. Became faulty after a couple of weeks. Factory reset, firmware update, and power cycling did not fix. Tried various working HDMI cables and multiple working devices. Samsung support claim the recent no signal fault on HDMI 2 and now HDMI 1 is because it isn't capable of passing video through to TV. Condescendingly stating that "it is just a speaker for sound!" They claim the HDMI inputs are only for audio devices such as (HDMI?) CD player... The recommended solution of using ARC or optical from TV does not support lossless Dolby Atmos audio, which is the main selling point of this product! Hoping their service centre will replace under warranty.
