Right for the job.
The one I bought is to replace one that was defective, but the seller (not the manufacturer) would not exchange. The first one had a display that was completely illegible at times, would flicker and be somewhat legible from the proper angle, and sometimes work just fine. It also had problems with occasionally making partial or bad copies, which leaves seven DVDs in the reject pile. I have others from the same manufacturer that are great, so it was just a bad unit that got through their quality control department. It happens. Just make sure that you buy it from a reputable source.
The good; It does it's job, and does it well. It is relatively easy to install. for the most part, the units lasted for five years, duplicating about 500K DVDs. It has a connector for an HDD. Is of good quality and has a nice appearance.
The bad; The SATA connectors are on the top, and are in three rows. I don't know how else you could build it other than a single row side by side for the target drives, them put the connectors for the source drive and HDD drives separate. The problem with the current configuration is that while it is easy to connect the SATA cables to the controller outside of the unit, you have to try to follow the cables drive by drive inside the unit, so either tag the cables, or make the controller the very top unit in the duplicator. Not a major bad thing, and probably not feasible to build it any other way, but it is a nuisance for those of us that are anal and want everything to be easy!
Overall, the good far outweighs the bad, and I have not seen any other duplicator controller that have been able to fix the bad! For me, I would have to say that it is the best unit out there for the price. Working the production department of a world wide ministry on a small budget, price versus quality is important!

Does exactly what is needed, plus adds a quick charge USB!
I have been very happy with the Targus APA32 laptop chargers that I have in use. I have 3 that I use for DJ work and 2 at home, as they are more reliable and don't wear out like the original chargers that came with the computers. I had three of the five originals quit on me, 2 from heat I suspect and the other one from the wire being treated poorly by grandchildren. I bought one of these to put something in to run my lighting computer, as the original failed, and after seeing how it fared, I bought two more! I have been using the first three for about 5 years now, and have not had one fail yet. I bought the other two for home use, and they are standing up to use by my kids and grandkids. The 3 for DJ use, really take a lot of abuse, as they are set up, used near hot lighting, taken apart, then stored in a trailer that has severe temperature changes. That can be destructive to poorly made electronics, but my high end DJ equipment and my Tagus chargers deal with it quite nicely. I highly recommend these for anyone with a laptop!

Lightweight, good quality
If these mailers were of lesser quality materials than the higher priced versions, I certainly could not tell! I have payed almost twice the price for mailers, and I can't tell any difference. The only thing I can see that I think should be done differently, is that the adhesive strip is a little low on the flap, so if we were shipping papers along with our product, it might get stuck to the adhesive. In our case, that is not an issue as we only ship an occasional book and sets of DVDs and CDs, which the thickness of the book and/or cases will not let them get right up into the end to get stuck. I have not had any complaints about the media or cases having any damage, and I have talked to the recipients to make sure. Good packing, quality paper, good adhesive strip, all adds up to a high quality mailer!
