Home-use Item

I worked as a cook for 16 years in a hospital setting. We use this style scoop constantly. This set would not have lasted two weeks in our kitchen. There is a jerky motion when squeezing the lever that should be smooth and even. On the other hand. For home use, I believe these could be an important asset for maintaining portion control or just an easier way for decorating fun.

Maybe It's Just Me

From the cover photo, I was expecting the artwork from good ole Chester. Maybe I should have read the wording on the cover better. Still, I would not recommend this book unless you want to know about the trials and trespasses of Dwaine Tinsley and Chester. I did not.
