I’m happy to resolve this as it is never our intention to rip anyone off or misrepresent the items. I’m a contractor, but not an electrician. All of the breakers were in service in a fire station when all equipment was professionally removed, Was this not the breaker pictured in ad as there are hundreds it’s possible it was confused with another at shipping.
