    Seller was careful to accurately represent the item. I'm super happy because I think it's better than described. Seller also did a fantastic job of packing and shipping. This instrument has a couple of extremely fragile components (which is why I'm replacing one bought from a different seller), but not to worry; this was packed quite professionally. KUDOS!

    There was an issue with the equipment not functioning properly. I contacted the seller and they offered to accept the return or to give me a generous refund that would allow me to get the item repaired. I was actually surprised due to past experiences when it comes to buying used electronics, as the sellers can start blaming the buyer with some outrageous claims. This was definitely not the case with Foxxtron. I am very pleased with how smoothly things went and would definitely do business again
