Respect toward customer
The product is good. It's the people that sell it needs improvement with their communication skills.
JagDaim needs to be a little more professional when it comes to their customers.
I tried to cancel this order no more then 5 minutes after I bought it because I found that I had already bought one from JagDaim some months before and I couldn't find at the that I purchased this one.
They didn't even bother to answer one way or the other. How poor is that?
