    SSD for old laptop
    I am keeping an old laptop alive for some equipment that use a parallel port. I was fearing a hard drive failure so picked up this ssd pata drive. After cloning I was amazed by the increased performance when it booted XP in 45 seconds. I would recommend it.

    The most bang for your buck
    Nothing is perfect, but for the money you can't go wrong with this one. It is slow to get a satellite fix on bootup, but once you get past that it does as good a job as units costing hundreds more. The subscription-free traffic service and lane assist are a big plus it has also. I've tried Tom Tom and Garmin before I bought this on and I'm happy, I only wish I thought ahead and got the wide screen.

    Access old IDE drives
    I needed to get some info off an old drive, next thing I know I’m going through all the old drives I had and did some backing up to a SSD SATA drive. Worked perfectly.
