not at all what I thought I was buying.
The product used to be practical shortly after manufacture. However, this unit sat on a shelf somewhere for well over 20 years. It came with a AAA battery that had an expiration date of March 2012. The electrical wiring and the vibratory device had green corrosion covering the wiring and connections. I replaced the battery and there was no mechanical movement. In an act of desperation, soaked the device (minus the new battery) in a mixture of baking soda and water for several hours. There was no improvement. It used to be a great product. I'm disappointed that the actual condition was not conveyed.
