I messaged seller who proceeded to say he knows best shipping practices as a previous manager at shipping company. The old crumbled box the disassembled vintage item arrived in, with loose pieces swimming around, did not appear such was the case. I disassembled the item because it was large and bulky, and would have been easily damaged had anything heavy been stored on top of it during shipping. There are 2 bolts that are loosened to adjust the grille bars, and when loose, the bars slip out of the upright guards. It literally takes seconds to reassemble, so I'm not sure why the buyer left me "negative" neutral feedback.

These caps are the real deal! The other brands out there are flimsy and don't look nice - these match the OEM bumper plastic and look great once installed. If you have a sawzall or similar cutting tool, you can install these in about twenty minutes.

3 of 3 found this helpful Look absolutely amazing; transformed my 2008 Escalade into a 2016! Minor fitment issues, there is very little clearance between edges of plastic housing and tailgate, especially as plastic expands slightly when warm - may have to trim about 1/16". Also, some slight fogging when experiencing changes in temperature, not sure if there was moisture in the lens and if that will disappear as time goes on, but in any case it is very minor. Very expensive accessory, but as I said, love the look and really transformed my 'Slade from ordinary to extraordinary!
