bought 10, 3 were broken, company said they would make it right but didnt.
I bought 10 of these lamps, 3 didnt work. i contacted the company and they said they would send me 3 more but it would take a long time for them to get to me. well, they never came and its too late now to open a case. the ones that work work fine, but almost 1/3 of them don't.

wonderful, amazing, life-changing bags
I am overjoyed about these wonderful bags! first of all, the packaging is beautiful. they made a real easy-on-the-eye balance of light blue, dark blue, white and bold orange and yellow overtones. the light blue stripes fading into a dark blue background added a bold touch and told me that i am not dealing with a 2nd rate product here. also, the artwork on the bag is well done, suitable for framing actually. the machine pictured on the bag looked JUST LIKE mine at home. what wonderful art. how do they do it??? i wanted to hang them on my wall!! the phrase, " enviroCare technologies" made me understand that i was not dealing with any old paper bag, but one that is very special. a high tech device which is not only easy to use for a layman like me, but also, good for the environment, which is very important in today's eco-friendly world. the fact that there were words in English, french AND Spanish made me feel good about myself, and the fact that these bags are for everybody, everybody at least in the northern hemisphere. they are made of paper, which can be recycled, which is important. so if they don't fit the opening, you just bend them and they will fit. not so, if they were made of wood, or corrugated tin or something like that. no, just simple paper, bend it, and viola, its a perfect fit! also, they hold, get ready for it, DIRT! no more dirt going in one end, and blowing out the other. no more clouds of dust filling up your room and settling all over the surface you just cleaned. no, just install one of these baby's and the dirt just stays in the machine, not on your just-cleaned carpet. how do they do it? i have no idea, but it works. the dirt just stays there. and because there are 7 of them in a package, you don't have to clean them out and use them again. you just throw them into a convenient recycling bin, and just install another one. my life is changed because of this wonderful product. the sun is brighter, the stars are more plentiful, my wife is more beautiful, and my children more amazing than ever before, all because of these wonderful micro filtration vacuum bags!
